    Víctor Hugo Juárez Osorio, is graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho, with studies in Copyright at Harvard University, in Business Law at the Law School of Universidad La Salle and Specialty and Master in Corporate Law at the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte.

    Víctor Hugo has more than 15 years of solid experience in legal matters such as: Corporate Law, Business Law, Intellectual Property (Copyright and Trademarks), Public and Private International Law.

    Having work experience in relevant national and multinational companies and corporations in Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain.

    As Associate in Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados SC, he is in charge of international advice on copyright issues, including, among others, Entertainment, Arts & Media in cinematographic and audiovisual content, literary and editorial works, software, videogames or multimedia, theater, drama, pictorial, graphic, sculptural, choreographic works, designs, applied arts and folkloric expressions; in addition to internet & digital works.

    In matters of Corporate and Migration Law, he is in charge of Business, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Personal Data Protection and Privacy, Due Diligence and Confidentiality, Migration and Foreign Investment and Employment consultancy.

    Furthermore, Víctor Hugo has served as professor of Private International Law at the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte. He has also published articles and research papers on Public International Law and Banking Law, among others.
