Mario Leyva was an attorney graduated from UNAM. He developed his professional experience in succession since 1983, practicing as an attorney in several areas.
As Founding Partner of Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados S.C., Mario applied all his knowledge and experience in civil, criminal and administrative areas.
In the academic field, he served as a professor teaching mainly Civil Law and Civil Procedural matters in various public and private educational institutions.
In memory of Mario Leyva Gómez, founding partner of Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados, S.C., an exemplary attorney, mentor, colleague, leader and pillar within this company.

Sadara Montenegro has more than 15 years of experience in the Civil, Administrative, Public Procurement and Sports Law areas. After obtaining her LL.M. in Sports Law at the University of Lleida, Spain, she became one of the few specialized women in Sports Law in Latin America.
As Founding Partner of Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados S.C., Sadara has led high-level negotiations that have resulted in favorable agreements for its clients. She has represented and advised, mainly, national sports federations, in which she has been designated as a member of the Director’s Board (Legal Representative) and in its Disciplinary and Electoral Commissions, such as Federación Mexicana de Ciclismo, A.C., Federación Mexicana de Taekwondo, A.C. and Federación Mexicana de Asociaciones de Atletismo, A.C.
Sadara directs her passion to extend the knowledge of Sports Law and, therefore, she has served as lecturer, coordinator and teacher of important educational institutions in Mexico City. She has also published books and articles focused on sports law, which have become a source of research for those interested in the subject.

Jose Ramon Trigueros graduated from the Universidad de las Américas, A.C., (J.D.) and obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property at the Università degli Studi di Torino, Italy. He collaborated as Intellectual Property & Corporate Manager at the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange Group). Later he obtained an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. He has more than 13 years of experience in Intellectual Property and focuses on being one of the best lawyers in the field.
As a Founding Partner of Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados S.C., Jose Ramon has focused his experience in intellectual property, patents and pharmaceutical regulation, trademarks, enforcement, software, unfair competition, trade secrets transportation and corporate law. He has represented a variety of local, national, international, and even multinational corporations included in the Fortune 500 listing, obtaining very satisfactory results for them.
Jose Ramon understands a wide range of Intellectual Property issues which especially affect companies, and therefore, he has served as professor of important educational institutions in Mexico City. He has also published books, articles and research papers on Intellectual Property, which has allowed his students and collaborators to share the same passion.

Víctor Hugo Juárez Osorio, is graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho, with studies in Copyright at Harvard University, in Business Law at the Law School of Universidad La Salle and Specialty and Master in Corporate Law at the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte.
Víctor Hugo has more than 15 years of solid experience in legal matters such as: Corporate Law, Business Law, Intellectual Property (Copyright and Trademarks), Public and Private International Law.
Having work experience in relevant national and multinational companies and corporations in Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain.
As Associate in Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados SC, he is in charge of international advice on copyright issues, including, among others, Entertainment, Arts & Media in cinematographic and audiovisual content, literary and editorial works, software, videogames or multimedia, theater, drama, pictorial, graphic, sculptural, choreographic works, designs, applied arts and folkloric expressions; in addition to internet & digital works.
In matters of Corporate and Migration Law, he is in charge of Business, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Personal Data Protection and Privacy, Due Diligence and Confidentiality, Migration and Foreign Investment and Employment consultancy.

David Jussein is an attorney graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He has 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Administrative Litigation, Contracts, Civil and Commercial Areas.

Salomón has contributed in Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados S.C., since its foundation, and, previously, he worked for several law firms, under the direction of Mario Leyva Gómez, who was a founding partner of this firm.

Adner is an attorney graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He has continued his academic training in several universities, through courses and refresher courses.
He began his professional career at Leyva, Montenegro, Trigueros, Abogados S.C., as a law clerk in 2011, where he has been trained in Intellectual Property, Administrative Law and Sports Law matters.
Adner currently holds a junior attorney position.
